Its plain as day that he's a scammer. And a liar. And a thief. Asking people for a few bitcoins so he can rip someone off a moneypak. (Limetless, I believe.)
And even if you can't nail him for the 3 above, this thread proves he's a spammer. Please, I beg you, do SOMETHING. ANYTHING. Combine all his bullshit threads into one. Ban his user name (useless, I know, but still something.) Change his member status to 'Scammer'.

Why is a ban helpful, now he'll just start up under a new nym and scam more people until it becomes well known what his new nym is. At least it was easy to identify the village idiot before and tell people to ignore him.
